Registration Guideline

  • Verify your personal information before completing registration.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the registration is complete.
  • Once the secretariat confirms the remittance of registration fee, a second email confirming payment will be sent.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact the secretariat (info@ksimm.org).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations of registration are accepted via phone or email before September 4 (Mon), 2023 (KST).
  • Please indicate your bank account for refund.
  • Cancellation made after September 4 (Mon), 2023 (KST) will not be refunded.
  • Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM.
